I have been vegetarian for 18 years and vegan for the past 3 years. Since my wife went Whole Food Plant Based, I have been inspired to cut down my oils substantially and processed foods as well. I have just as much strength in the gym and also require about 1 hour less sleep than I did before and already look a few years younger than I did. Thank-you to this community!
