Congratulations Vic. Great story!

Would appreciate more detail: how you got into this way of eating. What obstacles you faced etc?
Thanks

Thanks so much for the inspiration! Your cholesterol levels almost followed your weight! Those are incredible numbers. I am hoping I can get my blood pressure numbers down. It is happening. But gradual, and slowly. From listening to Dr. Mcdougall, I kind of thought my numbers would drop like a rock, but no. My diet is high carb low fat Mcdougall. I am pretty sure my cholesterol numbers will fall, but since I had a very thin, very fit friend die from heart attack and she had high blood pressure, I am focused on getting those numbers down, and hopefully my cholesterol will continue to fall. In two years, it has fallen from 210 to 180 with just being a plant based, pretty high fat vegan. I am much more serious now, and feel much better!!!!

Deborah,

Are you under a lot of stress? That influences bp more than anything...ask my stressed out at work sister.

Best wishes,
Atheria
