Blood tests look good

I started this WOE in April 2015. Today I had my cholesterol and blood sugar retested. I'm thrilled to share that my cholesterol is 146, and my fasting glucose level is 82. My cholesterol had never been dangerously high, but this is the lowest it's ever been. Yay!

I was worried that the carbs would raise my blood sugar, but it's gone down a few points since my last test. Whew!

What did your fasting glucose begin with before you went on this diet

Before I went on the diet my fasting glucose was 77, then went up to 86 one month into this WOE, and now is 82.
