Small success for a newbie!

Postby Vegetiffani » Mon Sep 28, 2015 4:49 pm

I just had to tell someone who would care since the rest of the world thinks we are odd. I went to the fair and only got a lemonade and a roasted corn!!! First year EVER to not get a corndog!!! Celebrating small successes:)

I can remember being excited in the beginning about my small victories. In time it became so natural to eat this way. Keep up the good work! If you are concerned about there not being enough healthy food for you, you could keep a couple of baked potatoes with you. Just in case.

Congrats Vegetiffani!

I agree with sjsilver that if you keep it up, this way of eating will become second nature.
