It is amazing how fast it can be. I also think you are smart to observe every little change. Some people miss little things and don't realize exactly how much better they are getting. It took 10 days for me to see a big difference: An exciting day I won't forget so I understand what you're feeling!
You don't eat very much, compared to me. If you want to start eating more food but are afraid of not losing weight, just look at the MWL guidelines. Basically, if you keep the veggies up, you can eat a lot more of everything overall. Good deal.
