hey flowerblue! I'm really not sure how it all happened, i stuck mainly to the basis of this diet, starch based with lots of veggies but i also started caring less, stopped letting food control my life and just went with it. if i was hungry i ate, and that was it and stopped when i was full. i work out a few times a week because i like exercising and sweating but I'm not forcing myself to do anything i don't want to do or eat. i just ate what i wanted when i wanted!
