hey everyone so I really started doing the starch solution for maybe 3-4 weeks now and I've already noticed my face has slimmed down so much and i have almost lost a full pant size!! this is so exciting and i just wanted to thank everyone who has commented on one of posts in the discussions boards and has helped me !!!

Oh, I am so happy for you! It is so amazing when we follow the program, it happens for us! It really happens, and what a transformation, right?! Keep it up, and see what wonderful changes will come! Time and adherence lead to good health!
