Two-year annivesary!

Postby MINNIE » Fri Jan 02, 2015 9:53 am

Hello and happy new year!

I just wanted to report that I have been 100% compliant with this way of eating since January 1, 2013.

It has been fun, easy, and liberating. I love the food. I haven't been sick one day since starting, and I take no over the counter or prescription drugs.

No changes or modifications needed - this works!

Here is link to my original post at one year, if anyone is curious about how I got here.

Minnie: It is great to hear your story and that this way of eating has become second nature to you.

Stories such as yours are proof to all the new people joining that what is advocated on this site works well and they should just try it for themselves.

Your story is even more important because you did not come to this fold for weight loss. There are lots of benefits to this way of eating than just weight loss, very important though it is.
