Just my 2 cents...
I think you look great and I am so happy for you :D
But I seriously don't think you should loose anymore.
If you want to exercise more pack in a few more calories through fruit or something so you don't keep loosing weight.
But I think you look amazing! You are a huge inspiration and really if you are feeling good then stick with it :-D
Good luck and may you have many more years as a happy McDougaller!

Congratulations and praise for your hard work! You have to ignore the haters (who think your food is strange) and just say, it seems to be working for me, and it makes me happy! No one can argue with that!

Congratulations on your success! Let me ask you something. With so much weight lost how is your skin doing? Did you do any special massage or applied oils to prevent the skin from sagging?

Sadly, I have quite a bit of lose skin, especially in my stomach as that is where I carried a lot of weight. If it were covered under insurance or I had some disposal income I'd get surgery but as of now I live with it. It's a small price to pay for feeling so much better, having healthy numbers and feeling better about myself. At this point I'm holding steady at 114 to 115 pounds, which I'm happy with.

Me too...I started saving loose change and in my check book I round every single transaction up so that I can get everything lifted one of these days :D
