Terrific progress, I've seen your posts on facebook too! You eat LOTS of good healthy food. Way to go. Love the comment about the cashier asking if you have a pet monkey with all your banana purchases! Dlee

Wow! They say a picture is worth a thousand words and your transformation is proof of that. I went to your Facebook page and got such a laugh out of the cashier's question about the bananas. Thanks for posting and congratulations!

Ditto to what Viv said...you look great man! Keep up the good work!

On 7/8/2013, I decided to change my diet to a "mostly" WFPB diet. I have always been somewhat lean and muscular due to being a lifelong exerciser. Change in diet due to feeling crummy all the time despite a healthy outward appearance.
