Time and Adherence

Postby chrisv » Fri Oct 24, 2014 1:30 pm

This is LDL over almost 10 years. I have the time part down better than adherence, which I would say is 80-90%. I am sure it would look better if it was 100%. Funny a weight graph would look similar, a couple of years ago LDL dropped about the time I had food poisoning, and lost weight. The next year gained it back when some difficult family issues came up, and my eating changed. Now my weight is dropping again and I am getting back to more compliance.

This was interesting. Thanks for sharing. Good on you for getting back with it.

LDL of 71 on the most recent one isn't bad at all I think? What's your total cholesterol?

A recent total cholesterol was 140. This WOE seems to drop LDL pretty reliably, and LDL seems to relate to heart health.
