Hi Ben,
You look amazing. I am so happy for your success after going off the program and having to begin again. You also sound like you are sill enjoying your food and life very much while staying on the program. Thank you for sharing your story. It is inspirational to hear from others who are well but want to improve their health by eating right.

Hi Ben,
You look amazing! Good for you for finding your best health yet! One thing I want to say is this: You have a certain weight goal in mind, but don't be surprised if your body has other ideas entirely. Just trust in the process. Your body knows what it should weigh and will stop when it gets there... naturally. It isn't about the pounds, but the amount of body fat you carry - that's the part that will work itself out.

Hi Ben, It's Oct now, and I have just read your wonderful story.
So I am now wondering how you are doing? Let us know, it was a great lesson.
Thanks.
Oh and BTW I have been vegan (McDougall etc) WF-PBD since early June...loving it.
