yeah right!


Here is a photo of me in a local 10km race, on Sumner Esplanade. Look at the legs! Muscle! :D

There are not any photos of my legs prior to McDougall, I never showed them…but this photo should give you an idea of them,

By the way, in the second photo, the one NOT in the race, I am on the Paleo diet….you know the one that you need to be on to grow muscles…..

Just saw this picture today, fantastic! You have lots more muscles to be proud about than just those legs! :lol: :lol: :lol:

I am starting slow with walking, but your still my role model as far as the whole approach goes - diet plus exercise. I even am up in the foothills to :)

On 7/8/2013, I decided to change my diet to a "mostly" WFPB diet. I have always been somewhat lean and muscular due to being a lifelong exerciser. Change in diet due to feeling crummy all the time despite a healthy outward appearance. Image
