Tony!
Now that's what I'm talking about!
Fantastic post!

I started to need very little sleep, and I could perform an enormous amount of manual labor on our hillside with little to no fatigue.... After one year of giving up meat and dairy, I was in the best shape of my life... I honestly feel better than I did when I was 18 years old. I have more agility, flexibility, balance and endurance than I have ever had in my life and I am 46 years old. I would almost dare to say that I am athletic for the first time in my life...
If you think that's something, you just wait till you're in your 60's. If you keep this up, you will find you have even more energy and more capable than you are now! At least that's what happened to me. Since I became a WFPB starchivore in 1988, my energy, strength, feel-good and abilities have been on a perpetual steady accent. Every year, every decade has been better than the previous. I have no idea where the peak is.
Thanks again for sharing your wonderful experience!
