We really struggled this last 4 weeks. We ate out 5-6x the amount we did the 1st 4 weeks. We didn’t cheat but we ended up cooking less and eating less organic veggies and eating more pastas and bread. We are committed to getting back on track for the week 12 weigh in. But we are still happy we had losses (Aaron 8 lbs) and (Dannielle 3 lbs). We also plan on adding some exercise in, til this point we’ve done 0…..
