Before, during and after photos

I believe the lack of response is the lack of bravery in others of us posting our own photos. At least in my case it is. I applaud you for doing this. Still working on my own bravery.

I need to get someone to take a pic--I want one taken in the same shirt I wore to my friend's wedding last Nov. when I was 207. When I get that done I'll post them!

I'm not sure how to post either. I don't have any truly before pictures but I have them close and again I don't have any truly after. Is there a way to get them from your computer to here?

Yeah, no way am I posting any pics of me until I fit in the size 8's hanging in my closet. But meanwhile here are some marsh marigolds.

Faith, go to Tinypic.com and upload your pictures there. They have to be already on your computer. Then once they are loaded, they give you a code to use. You just copy and paste into the post, then review to make sure you got the right code. If not, then try the next one down on the Tinypic site. Easy peasy.

Thank you Mrs. D and Debbie. Darn a 100 or so views doesn't make me feel warm and fuzzy. I wish I had better photos. I didn't get many pictures taken at the before stage, really if any, so I have to use as close as I can.

Thanks all, so the darn things did appear. The last one is too large.

Yes I lost 80 so far, when I get done I'll have lost 88 lbs.

The close to finish picture is me and my boss at his Going away party. I've worked for him for 20 years.

I love that suit too. I get them at Burlington coast factory but what is funny it's just this one that seems to have such beautiful stuff. That suit when buttoned looks like a Jackie Kennedy suit. It's a bit dressy for work but good for receptions.

HealthE1 - you recognize the before I posted was from NAVS. I have one from the year after that also, and you can see a difference.

Faith, yes, I see the cafeteria in the background now. But, I have to say the photo shows you much larger than I remember. But, matters not, cause now you are a svelte size 8 (oops, gave the secret away) and look dy-no-mite!
