After 7 WEEKS

I just got my results from the doctor.
After 7 weeks


Total Cholesterol: 257/227
HDL : 52/53
LDL 186/158
Triglycerides: 95/82
Also lost 15 pounds

Isn't the first number the starting number? That's what I assumed.

I think you are right. only two sets of numbers.
Good progress and keep going. You are on the right track.

Yes, the first numbers are my starting numbers. I know that I have a long way to go but very excited about my progress. My cholesterol had NEVER been this low. As a matter of fact it was even higher then 257 years ago. I am on the right track and excited about my new journey towards good heatlth!!!
