I know I am a few days late, but I would like to join the challenge. Not that I am in a race, but just to keep me on track with my eating everyday by posting what I eat.
We're just getting started at making a new habit...making it through the day without anything 'illegal'. The guidelines are yours to make; the goal here is to 'stick to them' Love the posts.
