Splitting Hairs - Bread

MWL restricts flour products; however, what about SPROUTED products such as Ezekiel sprouted bread or the sprouted corn tortillas? They aren't technically "flour" products.

I've been doing Mary's mini, and used corn as my starch for several weeks. I used both regular and sprouted corn tortillas, as well as polenta (coarse corn meal) and I understand someone out there used grits. I think it was all legal.

According to Jeff - as far as calorie density goes - breads made from flour and breads made from sprouted gains are the same. So as far as MWL they would have the same restrictions.
