I am new to this forum and new to vegan.

I would love to give this a go probably over the weekend. I have a question and hopefully someone can chime in.

As to the fruits with the Mary Mini, I did read here newsletter of June 2006, but it does not state how many "fruits" we can consume with each of our meals? She does state a few fruits, but how many is a "few"

If I'm correct, we are allowed two servings of fruits in a day.

Hello Moretta,

Welcome to the board!

In the Maximum Weight Loss Program we are allowed to eat two servings of fruit a day, so since Mary's Mini is a form of the MWL, I assume that you should follow those guidelines. That's what I've been doing, and I've been losing weight consistently.
