Hello everyone!
I discovered Dr. McDougall about a year ago, and am finally committing to his 12-day program (starting 06/09/08) and will follow that with the MWL program.
I just ordered the MWL book from this site, and was wondering - does it layout a daily meal plan similar to his 12-day program? I've read the list of approved foods, but I'm the kind of person that needs someone to tell me how to make those items into meals LOL
