Dania,

On MWL, you really don't need recipes. Pick a starch (rice, potato, etc.) and just add veggies. You will figure out what spices or condiments you prefer and stick with them. Change the starch or change the veggies and you will be eating everything you need. Just add one or two fruits a day.

I've been eating lots of stir frys lately, but my old standby is short-grain brown rice cooked with mushrooms and onions served over steamed kale. Sometimes I also add beans.

Keep it simple. Eat until you are no longer hungry. Hope that helps. :)

This is a list of MWLP-legal recipies found in most of the other McDougall books.:

As you see, there are *hundreds* of things to cook on MWLP.

Quiet Heather,

Thanks for posting that. I forget about her MWL section of her site, which is quite good.

Wow! That is REALLY helpful. It can get confusing trying to sort out which recipes are for which plan. Thanks!!

Be sure to take the period off of the end of this url for it to work.

Thanks to everyone for posting these links. I've bookmarked them all.
