I have read the orientation guides and would like to join the group.
I am 61, female. I have fibromyalgia and CFS.
At 5ft I currently weigh 7st 13lb or 111lb. However I am not comfortable at this weight and would feel happier at maximum of 7st 10lb, so my first goal is 3lbs weight loss.
However my ultimate goal is 7st 2lb which I was happiest at. I got to 6st 12lb at one point but looking back at pictures I see I looked boney and underweight.
I hold most of my weight in my legs.
I am reasonably active with walking being my main exercise.
My kryptonite is savoury snack food such as crisps and tortillas.
