landog, I just 1st saw your journal now--better late than never, I guess. :-)

I found it very encouraging + inspirational.

Just have a couple of questions:

The potato chips you had on Superbowl Sunday, were they homemade + oil-free? If so, how did you make them?

Have you continued to eat plainly + has your weight stayed the same or have you even lost more?

I would love an update too. I really enjoyed following along with your February food journal.
~ The best thing I did was to break-up with food; it was an unhealthy relationship.
~ You can't let go while still trying to hold on.
~ Focus on less...less desire, less obsession, less holding on.
~ "Learn to care less about food."
