Hi to all my support team in McDougall Weigh in Thread,
My weight today is 139.2 lbs & my goal is to be 134.2 lbs on 2/3/20.
I started off the morning with cooked steel cut oatmeal, apples & pineapple.
The only small challenge is when going out with friends especially 2 days when a friend visits from out of town - I love having a little bubbly (champagne) or white/red wine - so I will enjoy a little but stay strict with all other things following to 10 points....
I am committed to at least 1/2 hour daily walking.
