Yes. You have it right. Generally speaking, women have a harder time losing weight, as do those who over 50, as do those who are short. Those with all three, generally have the hardest time.
Weight loss is always more difficult when you get down to the last few pounds in anyone and especially harder for anyone who meets the above 3 criteria.
Fine tuning the MWL program will help you achieve your goals.

Jeff, thank you for your input. I'm encouraged that if I stick with the program, maybe fine tune along the way, I will eventually accomplish my goals.
