I'm down a pound!! 172. I wrote my weight earlier this morning from what I weighed a few days ago, thinking that my cracker fancy had gotten in the way of losing but I'm actually down a pound.
BTW, I've written my intention to stop eating crackers along with reasons why and taped it around the box of crackers that is always in my kitchen.
You could always have no crackers in the house (and no other flour products)!
