Hello everyone,
I won't be weighing in this week and next due to me traveling to Austria for a little over 2 weeks. I'll be visiting my daughter and grandchildren. She doesn't have a scale. But, I know how to eat to lose weight, just eat food that grows from mother Earth in it's most simplest form. And that my friends is what I try to remember. And, remember to not eat high calorie dense foods right now, like avocados, nuts and seeds. I love this plan! Best of eating with joy and gratitude!
