Down 4 lbs. 177 to 173. Thought it was going to be more, considering it's my first week, but I think I've still got some fluid retention going on from the surgery on Wednesday.

DizzieLizzie - Fantastic loss this week.

BMcCloud - Down a pound and enjoying lots of fruit, sounds like a good week to me! I'm working on that one, as well.

Loralei - You are down this week! That's awesome. It comes off more slowly the closer you are to a normal weight for your body. Do you do any sort of exercise? It may up the weight loss by a small amount since you've got the diet under control. Keep at it. :)

Fancyfinch - Woohoo! I love celebrating a new decade by dancing in the kitchen! Great work. Thank you for the weight loss ticker tutorial.

Dave - Your consistent weight loss is very inspirational. Any tips for everyone here?

Asia - The webinars are fantastic! Congratulations on a super 4 pound loss, during a week that includes surgery. That's impressive. Are you healing ok? Will you be out of commission for awhile? If so, isn't it great that there are so many webinars to watch... :lol: .

Audmor - Thanks for checking in. I'm in the same boat as you this week. I have a zero loss to report as well. I'm happy to stay put until the next loss occurs.

I had a nice surprise this morning, two pounds down. Now to just convince myself...The treadmill is my friend, the treadmill is my friend... :)

Hello! I had another great week! On 1/13 I was 306.3 and this morning I weighed in at 298.7! Since Oct 22 I am now down 74.6 lbs! Thankful that my employer invested in my wellness and thankful for everyone in the McDougall program!

Loss of three pounds this week for me. Now 150.
Am enjoying my twice-a-week group weight-lifting class - am feeling "new" muscles everywhere.
Have switched to oat groats for breakfast, prepared in the Instant Pot every four days. For me, they are slightly more filling than steel-cut oats. I have also been making huge batches of soup in the IP, that I serve over brown rice or Yukon Gold potatoes.

Checking in at 173 lbs with a 1 lb loss, Body Fat 21.5% (Goal 10% BF)

Kind of struggling with work lunch situations, need to get into meal prepping. Also had a couple little sneaky cheats this week ;-)

I lost 0 lbs but that also means I gained 0 lbs. I'm going to work extra hard this next week. No more little cheats here and there.

Oh well...stayed the same. Doing some prep...eating well at home..but not so much outside the house. But eating better than I was two weeks ago. I tried making a red pepper sauce...I didn't have any horseradish...and it was bad. Then I went out and bought coconut milk (culinary) and that made it delicious..plus the horseradish.

.8 lbs to 4.2 total lbs lost, so that means I lost 3.4 lbs last week! That's what I'm talking about!! :nod:
