5% Fat?

Isn't that our goal on MWL? I have only been on the plan for 3 days but so far the lowest I could get to was 6%. Am I ok if I am less than 10 or am I just not even cutting it?

Do the best you can. If you are not using any added oils or fats, seeds, nuts, avocadas, olives, or soy products , you should be doing ok. Keep it simple. :)
