Thank you. I knew I could count on you to cover me, Jeepsterhound. I started getting all these brown bag lunches at work and I couldn't get to my regular weigh in environment. I like to weigh in after running to eliminate the water weight. Otherwise, I think it's just a matter of how much salt you ate for last day or 2 , which is important, too, of course, but it really doesn't act as a true measurement of how well you are doing. This week I expected to weigh in on the Avia scale ( Argh! fitbit!) after doing a 5:30 jog around my neighborhood, but the dog got up every hour over the night so I missed the jog. But I think it will work going forward. I'm not real confident about the availability of the work facilities. Running at home is just a matter of getting my lazy ---- out of bed and possibly killing the dog (who is going on 14 now so I'm thinking that job may be taken care of for me at some point in the not so distant future; actually that was a lot funnier at 4:00 this morning that it seems to me now). So I'm hoping for better results next week. But if covering for me gets you to your goal, there's no guarantees.
Thanks again!
Mark
