Woah! The middle of July is proving tough!

What can I do as "leader" of this group to help everyone or make things easier or more fun? We can check in daily, run small fun challenges. Let me know what things we can all do to help each other. But remember, a gain doesnt always reflect poorly...sometimes its the body resetting things or a water change etc.

I don't know if it's me or what I'm wearing or what time of day it is, but I'm down 3.1.

I think last week was the anomaly. The time and conditions of the weigh in at this stage make quite a bit of difference it seems. It's so hard at this BMI that the slightest thing can make a difference. For me, anyway. I know there are some of us that are at a BMI of 20 who keep losing every week. I don't need to name names; you know who you are. But this is me, who, in almost 60 years, can count the number of days he was not overweight on the fingers of one hand. I'm not expecting effortless success. I think the important thing is to keep heading in the right direction month over month. And that has been pretty good with 15 pounds over the year to date, and we're just past half way. I may not get to post next week as we are headed out of town. So, if this is July, I'm Ok with it.

Congratulations to all US losers.

I'm down 0.4 this week. Not a lot, but better than a gain like last week. I just keep bouncing back and forth right around the same weight. I've been doing the regular McDougall plan, but I think I'm going to mix it up and try MWL this week and see what happens.

I'm down 0.3 kg (0.6 lbs) in the past two weeks (since I forgot to post last week). I'm at 100.0 kg, nice round number.

I'd like to rejoin the weigh in group.

This week
July 18, 2015 - 246.6
July 25, 2015 - 243.8

Lost 2.8 pounds

I have a ton to lose and feel I am now consistent in my MWL/FODMAPS cooking to the point I am losing again. Low FODMAPS is for folks with specific saccharides food intolerances - lots of veggies and fruits had to go - it's been hard learning to do both McD and low FODMAPS and I haven't been loosing for a long time. But I got it now and I want to join you all again :) :) :)

Im glad Im not the only one who is having issue getting onto the ticker site.

I am down .4 this week.....also did measurements since the number was low and down 1 inch total....
