I have fibromyalgia, and though many with this condition are not affected by weather, I am. When storms are setting up here - my pain and fatigue go way up as the barometer goes down. Oddly, I also go into water retention big time. So, my weight goes up pounds and pounds overnight - even when I am being program perfect.
California has been in drought for the last three years and I have forgotten about this - but this December we got an
amazing foot of rain. On December 11th we got 5 inches of that rain. Below you can see what that did to my weight!

I didn't write down all my weight changes this month but every storm I gained big weight and the storms were one right after the other for weeks and weeks. I plotted the storm days and weight and it was obvious. Then I decided not to weigh in with you guys because I was eating right but gaining from something that was very much not eating off program.
