Well it's been another 11 days since I first did Mary's mini and I'm down another 3lbs for a total of 7. I'm losing it little by little but at least I'm losing! I'm hoping to be out of the 150's by next week!
Congrats on your successes! It's especially encouraging when you pass a particular milestone, like 200, 150, or whatever (and by pass I mean going BELOW that number, of course!).
I do a more restricted Program to maintain my weight & health. I have been McDougalling for about 30 years, with a long transition, until I finally accepted this lifestyle, stayed on Program and reached my goal back in 2006.
