D - same as lunch b/c it was so good!

What are "semisweet dark chocolate chips"...you seem to really like these. Your meals look good, fun, and creative. :)
On 7/8/2013, I decided to change my diet to a "mostly" WFPB diet. I have always been somewhat lean and muscular due to being a lifelong exerciser. Change in diet due to feeling crummy all the time despite a healthy outward appearance. Image

The kind you would put in chocolate chip cookies. Found in the baking section of your grocery store. Vegan ones of course.

UPDATE August 2017

It's been one whole year and I recorded everything I ate..................
I have had coffee on a regular basis...........................................I have it on rare occasions now.
I have had sugar on most days something my brain needs to function...I have it once a week now.
I discovered vegetarian cheese in November, Daiya cheese specifically, and have overdone it......I gave that all up.
I have eaten corn chips which have some added oil and salt..............I gave that all up.
I have had some foods, occasionally, that were vegan but not WFPB....I gave all that up.
I have not and will not eat animals products.................................My diet is 100% WFPB, no added oil.
