Postby Desir9 » Thu Nov 19, 2015 9:27 am

Maybe this will help me stay on track :)

B- Lemon water and Huge orange and carrots juice (I can never eat for breakfast it makes me feel sick)
L- Chickpeas and brown pasta salad with lots of lettuce, tomatoes and onions and homemade white bread (Which has olive oil.. I know.. but my mom made it.. only about a table spoon of oil per 500grams of flour.. is that bad????)
D-Baked potato chips and lots of salad and for desert frosted flakes :)

S- Apple, detox tea, red tea

PS- if someone want to post with me here that would be amazing!

Hi

Welcome aboard.
Just a note:
A bowl of rice with almond drink and a touch of cardamom and a few dry raisins would be a better option than the Kelloggs cereals.
Even a hot bowl of peas with garlic or a bowl of corn would be a better snack.

For breakfast I had a bowl of grape nuts with raisins, coconut, and homemade almond milk with a bit of cane juice sugar-not much. Also a banana, 2 clementines, and 1/2 cup Lima beans. :D
