What I have eaten today
Breakfast
Corn meal (Polenta) cooked with water. Eaten plain w some salt. I really like it.
pre lunch snack
Raspberry jelly made from potato starch and water cooked with frozen raspberrys into a jelly. Not very sweet at all. Beauiful bright yummy color. I was dreaming of blending soft dates into the jelly for some other occasion. This time - no.
Lunch
Green peas, broccoli, sweet potato and white potato baked in the oven. Served w tomato paste. I ate alot.
Now off to go for a 6 k walk
