What I Ate Today...

B: oatmeal, blueberries, banana and chia seeds
L: brown rice, mixed greens, tomatoes carrots, homemade hummus and 2 oil free corn tortillas
D: roasted new potatoes, asparagus, green beans and a sweet potato spinach "burger:
110 minutes on treadclimber
250 minutes for week
A HCLF Vegan.
Cardio Goal: 650 minutes a week on treadclimber and Bowflex Max 5 plus, weekend hikes.


Starting weight on 3/2014 was 304 lbs
Weight as of 4/2016 is 114 lbs

that's looks like a great choice of food! Lot's of interesting combinations and different veggies :)
Do I get you right that you are saying that you have done 110 minutes of exercise and so this adds up to 250 minutes for the whole week?
That's quite a lot, you're being really active which is great! I'm sorry if I missed it somewhere: Do you try to loose weight (looks all MWL compliant to me) or are you just maintaining and enjoying a healthy and active lifestyle?

Anja,
I've lost over 130 lbs eating this way, I still want to lose 15 pounds more but mostly for vanity reasons. Since I think of this as a way of eating not a diet, there is no end, so where my body decides to stop is what I'll be happy with. The important thing, is that I feel great :-P
Yes, I exercise most days 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I love being physical active and can't wait until warmer weather so I can go on my weekend hikes again. Too much snow here and in Vermont, where I usually hike.
Menu for 2/18/15
B: oatmeal, blueberries, chia seeds, bananas
S: apple
L: bean burrito, mixed green salad
D: salad with romaine lettuce, steamed kale, cubed cooked sweet potatoes, black bean soup
110 minutes on treadclimber this morning.
Green tea, rooibos tea, and water throughout day.
A HCLF Vegan.
Cardio Goal: 650 minutes a week on treadclimber and Bowflex Max 5 plus, weekend hikes.

Weight as of 4/2016 is 114 lbs

Well I ended up not eating for Dinner what I had planned yesterday.

L: McDougall Vegan Ramen Soup
D: mixed green salad, sweet potatoes
105 minutes on treadclimber
A HCLF Vegan.
Cardio Goal: 650 minutes a week on treadclimber and Bowflex Max 5 plus, weekend hikes.

D: lentil oat loaf(engine2 recipe), roasted sweet potatoes and asparagus

D: rainbow chard with onions and garlic, sweet potato summer rolls. I found the recipe on you tube. Rice paper wrap with mashed sweet potato, brown rice and carrots
Since I started this journey about a year ago I've lost #'s every week but I think this might be the week I gain or maintain. I'm up 1.4 lbs since weigh in on Friday.
130 minutes on treadclimber
Lots of water, green tea and rooibos tea.

L: corn tortilla with steamed white potatoes, cumin, roasted garlic, Chipotle chili powder, diced tomatoes, romaine lettuce, topped with sslsa. It was so good!!!
D: homemade baked beans, baby kale salad
