I've lost over 130 lbs eating this way, I still want to lose 15 pounds more but mostly for vanity reasons. Since I think of this as a way of eating not a diet, there is no end, so where my body decides to stop is what I'll be happy with. The important thing, is that I feel great
Yes, I exercise most days 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I love being physical active and can't wait until warmer weather so I can go on my weekend hikes again. Too much snow here and in Vermont, where I usually hike.
