I so appreciate Dr. McDougall and all the moderators on this forum! And I need to give a shout out to Jeff Novick. Time and again, I have referred to his posts, and I just did again. The work Dr. McDougall, Jeff and so many others connected with this forum do is amazing.
So today a doctor question a vitamin D level of a family member, and when this happens I sometimes need to look again, to see if there is new information - something I don't know. Jeff keeps the info updated, answers questions and has created a resource on so many topics - that is so valuable.
