Just like to thank Dr. McDougall and Mary for the eBooks. I guess it's been around for at least a week, and perhaps it was posted elsewhere here, but I only found out today on another Youtube channel, "free" until the end of 2022.

I too would like to thank Dr. McDougall and Mary for the free eBooks, for this forum and for all the free content at the McDougall website. Dr. McDougall is very generous and I'm so thankful I discovered him 10 years ago. I just wish I had found him a lot sooner, when I was a young mother raising my children!

I would like to express my thanks as well. I have physical copies of all the books except Making the Change, but it is nice to have ebooks, too. I also wish I had found Dr. McDougall earlier and understood the message, but better late[r] than never.
