By the way, if folks want to read older posts from back in the day, they are in a thread called "Retired Posts", and they can be accessed on the main Board index at the very bottom of the page. One thread I don't see is the Maintenance post, which was akin to the Maximum Weight Loss thread, but for those who had achieved their goal & still wanted support. I just lurked briefly in that thread when I was moving, and I don't see it now. Anyone know where it might be located?

I finally have gotten around to starting up a journal, which was suggested by a member. I spent two weeks living with family in the Syracuse area, freezing my butt off, eating too much CRAP and not getting very much exercise due to the cold, snow and ice. I'm getting back into it this week and I am going to post my intake and exercise in the Journal board. It's time for action!

OH, no! I didn't realize that. It's on my desktop computer so that when I start typing the first few letters it automatically appears. I have trouble getting it on my phone, so I no longer bother when I'm away from home.

I used to check it daily, but no more. And that's sad because I really like it.
