Can't contain my excitement !!!

I started back to the McDougall program on my birthday Jan.5th and have lost 19lbs. !!!
I had many struggles in the past, this time is different the only person I listen to now is me, I feel more confident in my choices. I also love the members here, you guys are the best ... Thank you so much :-D
