Healthy living can add 14 years to your life

A new study by the University of Cambridge (UK) suggests that moderate exercise, not drinking too much alcohol, eating enough fruit and vegetables and not smoking can add up to 14 years to your life. I'm sure if you really do it right, you'll do even better.
