First thanks to everyone who shared storage tips for chia seeds. Now let me know which you prefer or perhaps you use both which is what I think I'll be doing. Add any comments too. Thanks for taking my poll and have a great weekend.

I actually buy a blend of ground flax WITH chia seeds from my local HFS. I store it in the fridge and add a tablespoon to my morning hot cereal.

I prefer chia. Easier to deal with, and there are other things I can do with them that flax won't do.
