I am always on the alert for anything that might have an effect on endothelial cells. Although I have a hard time believing that you don't get fat by consuming too many calories.

Mostly it is the calories in terms of gaining weight. But irritable bowel diseases may be aggravated or even caused by these additives and that is relevant to everyone.
