Help - why can't I add a weight ticker?

I have 1/2 an answer for you. Go to www.WeightTicker.com. It's easy to set-up your personal ticker but I have not figured out yet how to get it on the McDougall discussion board. The instructions say to cut and paste onto the board, but that didn't work within this message. I will keep experimenting. It is encouraging to see the weight going down and keeps motivation up.

Set-up your personal ticker
Below your ticker is a box titled BBCode
Copy that URL
Go to the McDougall Discussion Board
User Control Panel
Profile
Signature
Paste the copied URL text after your signature
Click on Submit and the ticker will be added to your name
