that are McDougall related. What are some really good websites that have daily or weekly updates on the latest health and nutrition information?

Do you follow Jeff Novick on Facebook? He has a more active presence there these days, with lots of good info.

Thanks Bob, I will check that out. I am on Facebook, but I rarely get over there. I will have to check that out as part of my daily stops. It seems like many people post links to articles they find on the web and I'm always curious as to how people find all this great information for free. With a full time job, 2 kids, 2 dogs, and a husband I need to maximize my time on my PC. I'm going there now! Thanks! By the way, your blog is one of my daily stops too.
