Wow, you all got the email for my story before I did!!
Yep, my real nickname is Cloudy (my real name is Judy, but only my nuclear family calls me that).
Thank you all for the congrats! LauraA, you asked if I had backslides or stalls. I know the chart doesn't show them, but I had what felt like several stalls. I was especially stalled by last Thanksgiving--trying too hard to make a "feast" led me to a whole bunch of recipes for tasty food. I started making the recipes in early November, eating up each one, making a different one if I didn't think DH would like the first, and I ended up gaining a pound in the month, rather than losing. I gained another pound in December before Christmas, and I really got alarmed, so I took myself to a different level, cut out a lot of sauces and stuff, eating more plain food than before, and got back on track.
I have never really backslid, though. I have had tiny bits of off-plan food (meat, or oiled vegetables) about 3 times in 2 years, and I have had individual days when I ate too many rice cakes or raisins, but I have not actually eaten an entire meal or an entire day off-plan. I used to quote Mae West and say, "I can resist anything--except temptation!" but on McDougall, I am not really tempted to stray because the food I can have is sooooo satisfying.
Traveling and eating at restaurants is very hard. But I don't view the actual food as the fun part any more, so I very quickly, mentally, take care of the food aspect, deciding what I'll get and eat, so that I can concentrate on the fun I'll have with the people I'm with. So the food has lost a lot of the importance in the events!
I'm glad you're doing well with MWL! I just love it!
