Wow - discussion on PPK about eating oil free

I am shocked at the hostility there toward McDougall and other similar plans - you'd think that people who are viewed by most of society as being weirdos would be more accepting of people who have decided to go in an even more serious direction with their eating .... instead of as an oddball fringe group.

Interesting that the entire oil discussion focused on heart disease. Not one person brought up the oil-cancer link that Dr. McDougall talks about. Quite frankly, with cancer in my family history, that is a far better motivator for me to avoid oil.
