Thanks for posting this. It's not as long or as thorough as the DVD, but is a good intro. I also noticed the Veg Society of Hawaii site has a LOT of other interesting videos available online!

I read the book few years book, I still have the book but no time to read it. All I needed a quick refresher course and I have been searching internet for a lecture like this. This totally fit the bill! Thanks again.
